As the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Your leadership will drive the team to deliver excellence in customer service, operations management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a premium pub or restaurant setting, ideally with letting rooms and proven results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and culinary excellence.
- Understanding of financial management and ability to drive revenue growth.
