Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance on the installation, configuration, and operation of robotic systems. Solve complex technical issues using your expertise in C++ programming and system diagnostics.
On-Site & Remote Support: Deliver on-site and remote troubleshooting, training, and system demonstrations to clients across the globe.
Customer-Focused Training: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to help customers maximize the potential of their systems.
Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
