Overview:

Our educational client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team on an initial 2-3 month contract basis. This role offers an immediate start with a one-stage interview process available this week.

Key Details:

  • Role: IT Support Engineer
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm
  • Rate: £150/day via Umbrella

IT Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Support audio-visual equipment, including projectors and screens
  • Assist with hardware and software issues, including phones, laptops, and printers
  • Address any additional IT support needs as required

IT Support Engineer Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Experience with audio-visual support
  • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience in an educational environment is highly desirable but not essential
