We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join a well known establishment in Bath. This role involves providing a professional recruitment and admissions service. 

This role is temporary

Start w/c 20/1/25 until 21/3/25

£26,038 - £29,659

37.5 hours M-F

Day-to-day of the role:•    Assist with recruitment activities, update online resources, and represent the establishment at events.•    Serve as the first point of contact for a portfolio of programmes, providing comprehensive advice on admissions matters.•    Process applications, support decision processes and ensure adherence to procedures.•    Assist with conversion activities, collaborate with various teams, and follow up on offers. •    Provide support to the Directors and supervisors on complex applications and admissions practices.•    Maintain accurate data on the applicant portal and ensure compliance with data protection laws.•    Produce statistical reports to monitor service levels and identify trends.•    Contribute to the development of recruitment and admissions processes and support colleagues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    A first degree or equivalent professional experience.•    Significant experience in an administrative role within a customer-focused environment.•    Proficiency in standard IT packages, databases.•    Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.•    Ability to develop good working relationships and adapt to new skills quickly.
