REED Business Support in Bath is seeking a Temporary Contracts Administrator to work for a thriving business in Bath. 

Salary - £27,000, £13.84 per hour

Office based 

Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week   

Asap start til 31st March 2025

Your daily duties will include:

•    Providing full administrative support to a busy team•    Delivering an exceptional customer experience•    Ensuring all records and reports meet the expected criteria aiding the department to exceed it’s targets•    Building exceptional and effective relationships with a wide range of people including customers and colleagues, with an ability to influence and negotiate•    Dealing with challenging conversations, remaining confident and firm, whilst being respectful and considerate•    Listening to and recognizing what their customers really want and be committed to achieving the best possible outcome The ideal candidate should:

•    Be positive, enthusiastic and dynamic•    Have first class IT skills (Ms Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)•    Possess exceptional customer service and administrative skills•    Have a proven track record within administration in a busy environment
