I am delighted partner with a forward thinking and highly successful professional services firm in Bath to help them recruit a HR Business Partner. This is a hugely unique opportunity for a driven, motivated, commercial HR Business Partner looking to develop their HR career and work for a firm who are supportive, ambitious and flexible, offering great development opportunities.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will operate as an HR Generalist providing support across all areas of the employee lifecycle including learning & development, resourcing and talent management, performance, employee relations, reward, benefits and organisation design and change.

You will coach and mentor an HR Assistant, particularly on employee relations, and lead on cyclical employee activities such as the annual appraisal process, benchmarking, salary/bonus reviews and restructuring. You will work closely with the Head of HR on organisation change activities such as TUPE, organisation design and wider HR projects.

You will have the opportunity to join a people focussed firm, offering a great, flexible culture, with working expectations of 2 days per week on site in Bath and 3 working from home. You'll working in a face paced, lean team therefore the ability to juggle priorities and work at pace is essential. You will need to demonstrate business partnering and stakeholder management experience, but we're flexible on whether you are a Senior HR Advisor looking to step up, or an existing HR Business Partner keen to expand your skillset.
