Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a wealth management practice in Bath, seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further develop their administrative skills in a professional services environment. The company specialises in providing financial advice and planning for clients, and you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Managing and maintaining stationery orders to keep the office fully stocked.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound post.
  • Answering incoming calls and confidently managing client or customer enquiries.
  • Greeting visitors and handling deliveries in a professional manner.
  • Organising appointments for services such as fire alarm testing or printer maintenance.
  • Purchasing essential office supplies (milk, tea, coffee, etc.).
  • Sending out Letters of Authority and posting annual review letters.
  • Coordinating and booking venues for company social events.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role (although not essential).
  • Previous customer service experience (desirable).
  • A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A friendly and sociable personality, comfortable working as part of a team.

AND FOR YOU:

  • £23,000-£25,000 per annum.
  • Life Insurance: Cover at three times your annual salary.
  • BUPA Cash Plan
  • Extra Day Off on your birthday!
  • Holidays: 20 days per year, increasing to 25 days with each completed year of service.
  • Pension - 4% employer contribution.
  • 3:30pm every Friday!
