Your new companyYou will be working for an organisation based just outside Bath City Centre.Your new roleYou will be responsible for coordinating personnel, managing diaries and assisting with ad hoc admin, duties include:
- Travel coordination and arrangements.
- Managing junior finances such as expenses.
- Monitoring spreadsheets ensuring they are updated frequently.
- Communicating on behalf of the team.
- Handling incoming correspondence via email and phone calls.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent organisational ability.
- Experience in a coordination role, office administrator or PA would fit best.
- Strong MS Office and Excel ability.
- Good communication skills, direct and frequent communication with team is required.
- Fast learner.
- Ability to be on site 5 days a week if required.
