Office Manager required to join a leading specialist contractor based in Bristol on a permanent basis. Aiding with an array of large schemes ranging in value across the South West.
As the Office Manager you will be working closely alongside the production and commercial teams, design consultancies and subcontractors. You will be responsible for seeing projects through from conception to completion.
This Office Manager role will involve regular client interaction, controlling of the construction management systems, management of drawing documents, overseeing, and ensuring client return documents are sufficient with system standards as well as other ad-hoc administrative duties.
This Office Manager role is with a busy specialist contractor group, with a secured pipeline of work. You will be an experienced Office Manager preferably with a construction background and on-site experience. Key attributes will include exceptional communication skills, diligence, methodological mindset and a quality orientated nature.
