Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the general preparation and maintenance of the work site
- Carrying out labouring tasks safely and efficiently on rail construction sites
- Moving materials and equipment as required
- Supporting the construction team and following instructions from supervisors
- Ensuring that work is completed in line with health and safety standards
- Adhering to the rules and regulations of Network Rail and maintaining high standards of safety at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Sentinel Card which holds PTS (essential)
- Experience working as a labourer on rail sites (preferred)
- Ability to work safely and efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required
