Role Overview Asset & Tenancy Support: This is a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic and growing Asset & Tenancy Management team. As an Asset & Tenancy Support professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of property management services, providing support to both landlords and tenants. You’ll work closely with the Head of Asset & Tenancy Management and the wider team, learning the ropes of property management while developing your skill set for future career progression.

No prior property experience is necessary - what’s most important is your enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and your ability to work well in a team. As you gain experience, there will be ample opportunities for career development and progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities Asset & Tenancy Support:

• Support the Asset & Tenancy team in the day-to-day management of tenancies and property assets.
• Assist with coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant requests, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Keep accurate records and maintain up-to-date information in the property management system.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist in property inspections, ensuring that properties meet safety and quality standards.
• Handle administrative duties as required, including preparing tenancy agreements and renewals.
• Support the team in managing compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.

Skills & Experience Asset Tenancy Support;

• A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Energetic, reliable, and proactive, with a passion for providing great customer service.
• Experience in property management is not essential - we’re looking for enthusiasm and a desire to grow in the property industry.
