Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a long-standing client based in Bath, as they search for a Property Administrator to join their growing team.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Property Management team, ensuring tenancies are managed efficiently and landlords are kept informed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to establish a career in the property industry.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Support the Asset and Tenancy Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Log maintenance and repair requests from tenants.
  • Obtain quotes from contractors and coordinate approvals with landlords.
  • Collate relevant documentation and compliance records to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service, building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Book and conduct property inspections when required.
  • Prepare tenancy agreement documentation and ensure all relevant information is obtained.

ABOUT YOU:

  • A fantastic communicator who is positive and professional.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic about delivering a high standard of service.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling phone and email communication.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Ability to manage a changing workload and adapt to new challenges.
