Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be supporting a leading property business based in Corsham in their search for a Property Administrator to join their friendly team.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of several properties within a portfolio. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, the ability to excel under pressure, and loves providing fantastic customer service.DAY TO DAY:

  • Overseeing all property maintenance issues.
  • Coordinating property inspections and creating detailed reports.
  • Recording, reporting, and advising on maintenance issues and liaising with contractors.
  • Processing invoices efficiently.
  • Managing compliance administration to ensure all safety checks and certifications are in place.
  • Taking ownership of contractor management, end-of-tenancy processes, and supporting general day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE:

  • Strong administration skills with a genuine interest in the property industry.
  • A clear, honest, and concise communicator with a can-do attitude.
  • A positive and motivated individual eager to learn and develop.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • A valid driving licence and be confident driving to different localities, including their other office 1-2 times a week.
