Description
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Maintaining and updating financial records
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with routine tasks
- Processing invoices and expense forms
- Assisting with budget preparation
- Processing transactions and updating ledgers
- Participating in internal audits
- Completing ad hoc tasks as required within the Accounting & Finance department
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
