We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Coach to join our team in Bath. This role offers 13 per hour and is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups to deliver personalized learning strategies and interventions.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individual learning plans (ILPs) for students.
  • Support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and adapt support as necessary.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment, encouraging student engagement and independence.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Knowledge of SEN practices and an understanding of different learning styles.
  • DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Available to start immediately.
