Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to deliver personalized learning strategies and interventions.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individual learning plans (ILPs) for students.
- Support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
- Monitor and report on student progress and adapt support as necessary.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment, encouraging student engagement and independence.
- Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Knowledge of SEN practices and an understanding of different learning styles.
- DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one).
- Available to start immediately.
