We are seeking a full time SEN TA to join an outstanding Primary school in Bath. A culturally diverse school who take pride in enabling children to be motivated, resilient, life-long learners. You will play a key role in supporting individual children including those with SEN.
About the role:
- Providing support to children with special educational needs
- Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working one-on-one with students who may require additional support
- Support student progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive school community
- Ability to adapt to individual students and their requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desired but not essential)
