Responsibilities:
- Execute meal preparation tasks according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Being responsible for the kitchen team and reporting to the company executive chef
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking processes as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment in the kitchen.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or kitchen environment is essential
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Experience in cooking, meal preparation, or working in a restaurant setting is beneficial.
This position is a salaried position of 33,000 per year.
