Administrator / Secretary - About the role:
As a Full-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support across various departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing and organizing office documentation and correspondence
Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
Maintaining accurate filing systems and databases
Managing office supplies and ensuring inventory is up to date
Supporting the team with general office tasks and ad-hoc projects
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Handling emails and responding to queries in a professional manner
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role (minimum of 1 year preferred but not critical)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in scetor
Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
