Warehouse Operations Assistant – BathgateTemp to Perm Opportunity Location: Bathgate Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour Chilled Environment (5°C) Shift Details:5 days over 7 with 1 weekend off every 3 weeks12:00 PM start – finishing between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PMRole Responsibilities:
  •  Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to move stock efficiently
  •  Managing bookings and proof of deliveries in the Goods In department
  •  Liaising with external suppliers to maintain smooth operations
  •  Carrying out general admin tasks related to stock movement
  •  Ensuring accuracy and organisation in all aspects of the role
What We’re Looking For:
  •  Strong computer skills – must be confident using Word & Excel
  •  Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  •  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  •  A flexible, adaptable approach to work
  •  Prior experience in admin, goods-in, or logistics (preferred but not essential)
