Job Title: HR Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for HR? Do you pride yourself on your problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a HR Administrator.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and customer focus will be essential in providing efficient HR services to both employees and managers. You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional results.

This is initially a temp opportunity with the view to going permanent based on performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Manage the HRIS system, including producing reports and analysing data
  • Process all HR-related employee changes, such as new hires, promotions, and transfers
  • Conduct weekly inductions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Assist in producing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
  • Assist in processing leavers and conducting exit interviews
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to foster teamwork and collaboration
