Due to continued growth and new accounts we are now looking to extend our team with an enthusiastic and ambitious person who will play a key part in the progression of our business.
Experience is required, however not essential.
The main responsibility of this role will include, however will not be limited to:-
- Liaising with the team and receiving information to recruit the right candidates for the role available.
- Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates from various sources.
- Maintaining a fantastic level of customer service with all new and existing clients.
- Use of internal systems, as well as various Microsoft packages.
- Managing your diary well.
- Client meetings and hosting inductions where required.
- Keeping communication with an long availability of candidates.
- Data Input.
- Writing adverts and use of social media platforms.

Requirements of the role:-
- Strong telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
