Route 1 are a market leading recruitment business based in West Yorkshire. Our focus is to ensure clients and candidates are receiving the best possible service, via our internal teams. Due to continued growth and new accounts we are now looking to extend our team with an enthusiastic and ambitious person who will play a key part in the progression of our business.
Experience is required, however not essential.
The main responsibility of this role will include, however will not be limited to:-
- Liaising with the team and receiving information to recruit the right candidates for the role available.
- Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates from various sources.
- Maintaining a fantastic level of customer service with all new and existing clients.
- Use of internal systems, as well as various Microsoft packages.
- Managing your diary well.
- Client meetings and hosting inductions where required.
- Keeping communication with an long availability of candidates.
- Data Input.
- Writing adverts and use of social media platforms.

Requirements of the role:-
- Strong telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organisation.
- The ability to manage your own diary and prioritise your work load accordingly.
