We are seeking a reliable and efficient Multi-Drop Van Driver to join our dynamic team. As a Multi-Drop Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of goods to multiple locations within a specified area. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and Unload:Safely load and unload goods from the van, ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Delivery:Deliver goods to multiple locations according to the delivery schedule, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Route Planning:Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize fuel consumption.
- Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers and addressing any delivery-related inquiries or issues.
- Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct regular checks on the van to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes, receipts, and any other required documentation.
- Compliance:Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License:Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Physical Fitness:Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.
- Time Management:Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
