Job Duties

Must have experience with New Build housing developments.
Experience with roofing preferred but not essential.
30-40k per annum depending on experience.
Assisting with contracts and all the associated elements that come with this.
Assist ContractManager to enable them to carry out thorough contract meetings, reports and meeting minutes with all associated parties.
Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met and implemented.
Office based.
20 Days Annual Leave.
4.5 day working week.
Healthcare.
10% Car Allowance.
