Clearpath Recruitment are looking for a competentQuantity Surveyor to join our client based in Battlesbridge, Essex.

Job Duties

Must have experience with New Build housing developments.
Experience with roofing preferred but not essential.
50-60k per annum depending on experience.
Provide a full and detailed BQ with marked up areas.
Deal with contracts and all the associated elements that come with this.
Carry out thorough contract meetings, reports and meeting minutes.
Able to operate works programme.
Carry out valuations.
Many more attributes are naturally expected of a qualified QSbut the above provides some key areas required.
Office based.
20 Days Annual Leave.
4.5 day working week.
