Our client based in Loudwater is currently recruiting for a PA to support their MD & Team. This position will be for approx. 2-4 weeks however there could be scope for longer and the position is also being recruited for permanent so you will have the opportunity to apply.

The hours will be full time Monday to Friday and 100% office based.

Key duties will include:

  • Plan work schedules to maximise their time
  • Manage all emails, diary management, correspondence and screenings
  • Arrange regular meetings, circulate agendas and minutes
  • Support with collating and recording information from relevant teams
  • Schedule training for teams
  • Take a proactive approach to supporting teams
  • This post will be required to cover reception for breaks and lunch

Key requirements:

  • Proven track record in this type of position
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information
  • Flexible and able to adapt in the position
  • Approachable and easy to build relationships with
