Our client based in Beaconsfield requires a temp to start as soon as possible on a full time basis as a PA to 2 Operations Directors. The position will be 100% office based and for approximately 4 months covering maternity.
Key duties include:
- Organise a range of company events
- Keep up to date with the company's vehicle leasing
- Collate all documentation both electronically and paper based
- Prepare a range of written documentation
- Diary management
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas
- Coordinate signatories when required
- Manage office supplies
- Manage escalated complaints
Skills and expedience required:
- Highly flexible in approach to work
- Highly confidential and professional at all times
- Good sense of humour and work ethic
- Very well organised
- Practical and cost conscious
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong communication
- Strong IT skills - Microsoft Suite
