A lovely role has become available for an experienced Office Administrator to join a long-standing family run business. The role would be ideal for candidates who are highly organised, have an interest or previous experience in the property industry, and are happy working in a very small team. Role responsibilities:• First point of contact for incoming calls from clients • Dealing with tenant queries• Arranging jobs and agreeing appointment dates with clients• Printing off job sheets for distribution to the Maintenance Team• Arranging inspection visits for properties• Monitoring Compliance Certificates for properties (gas, electric, EPC and Building Insurance)• Liaising with Landlords for boiler services • Invoicing Landlords for works (Sage)• Assisting with any other tasks as requestedCandidate profile:• Strong working history in administration/customer service• Previous experience within the property industry would be ideal but not essential• Good IT skills• Strong communication skills both written and verbalWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role please apply and forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
