Meraki Talent is working with a mid-tier firm of Chartered Accountants in Beaconsfield on the position of Audit Manager.The firm:Our client is a well-known mid-tier firm offering bespoke accounting solutions to the local market. The firm has an incredibly rich history which spans 100+ years and is known for being the go-to firm for local businesses in the community.An award-winning CA firm which punches above its weight in terms of client acquisition, pricing, and accessibility for clients.The role:Audit process:As the Audit Manager you will oversee the auditing process, from planning to completion. This includes developing audit plans, assigning tasks, and reviewing the work of junior team members.Compliance:An audit manager ensures that the organization's financial records and systems are accurate, integrity, and compliant with the law. They also ensure that auditors follow the organization's rules and regulations.Communication:Communicating audit findings to management and providing recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop audit plans and assess risks.Client service:Provide a quality service to clients and deliver value added advice. Understand the client's industry and recognise key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments.Experience:We are keen to speak with individuals currently operating at Assistant Manager or Manager grade within a reputable firm.

- Qualified CA or has equivalent experience
- 4 years’ Audit experience
- Experience of managing a team of Audit staff
- Experienced Assistant Manager or Manager
