Our client, a leading company in the controls and engineering sector, is currently seeking a motivated BMS Engineer to join their dedicated team in Beaconsfield. Delivering exceptional Building Management System (BMS) services to retail outlets and commercial properties across the UK and Southern Ireland, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain BMS systems and hardware.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure outstanding customer service, including participation in our out-of-hours help desk and emergency repair call-out service.
  • Occasionally travel for overnight stays (approximately 2 nights a month).
  • Utilise a company vehicle and fuel card for work-related travel.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience with BMS systems, particularly in installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Cylon, Distech, or Schneider systems is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in IT and software applications; experience in creating software and designing control panel drawings and wiring diagrams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other essential IT packages.
  • An Electrical qualification is advantageous; a valid ECS Card (or equivalent) is required.
  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams effectively.
  • Knowledge of BMS systems and their integration with air conditioning and ventilation systems is beneficial.
  • Understanding of BACnet and Modbus protocols is an asset.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential.
