Your Role As A StoreManagerWill Include:
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service in store
* Lead, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer experiences
* Manage stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health and safety are maintained
As AStore ManagerYou Will Have:
*Proven experience in managing food & beverage or hospitality companies
*Track record of high standards and a strong understanding of indulgent and health conscious offerings
* Highly organised, proactive and able to problem solve
* Commutable to Beaconsfield
