Our client based in Beaconsfield is currently recruiting for a part time office administrator to start with the business as soon as possible.

We require someone who can work 3 days per week, 5 hours per day 100% office based.

Key duties are:

  • Dealing with the post and courier deliveries
  • Meet and greet Visitors
  • Coffee machine / loading and unloading dishwasher
  • Sainsburys' orders and deliveries
  • Answering switchboard
  • Meeting room management and bookings of recurring meetings
  • Stationery orders
  • Some minute taking
  • Dealing with Office Manager enquiries

Key requirements are:

  • Highly organised
  • Able to communicate with senior board members and visitors
  • Happy to take up any tasks required within the office
  • Microsoft suite Knowledge
