Are you currently working as a recruitment consultant but looking to get client side, alternatively you may be working in talent acquisition and looking for an exciting new challenge with a dynamic growing business.

LDNY People are currently working with a leading engineering and construction business, they specialise in the delivery of major projects across the UK and Europe.

They have exciting growth plans and as a result they are looking to recruit an internal recruitment consultant to join their Talent acquisition team.

Whilst construction experience is not necessary you will need to have previous experience within recruitment/talent acquisition, they will provide full training and ongoing support.

This position is based out of their office in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire so you must be commutable to here on a daily basis.

Role Requirements:

You will currently be working as a recruitment consultant or within talent acquisition.

Any experience within construction/technical would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Capable of managing a number of roles simultaneously, managing the whole recruitment process from initial search through the interview process to offer/onboarding.

Capable of working on your own initiative in a fast paced construction environment.

A self starter, organised and comfortable managing your own time.

Based within a commutable distance to Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
