JWR is currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead and manage the food and beverage operations at our clients prestigious grade 2 listed operation.

Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional service, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver an outstanding dining experience to its members and their guests.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service, including the restaurant, bar, events, and outside refreshment services.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, preferably within a private club, hotel, or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and staff.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and inventory management.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is preferred.
