As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for standards of service throughout this 100 cover bar grill. Responsible for the management and development of Assistant Managers and Supervisors and a team of around 15.
Leading from the front you must have a keen eye for detail and high standards. As well as being able to coach and develop.
For this Restaurant Managers role you must have worked to at least an Assistant Manager capacity in a quality orientated, fast-paced Restaurant environment. With an understanding of controlling costs both beverage and payroll.
