The role requires a minimum of 18 months of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a four-star hotel.
The manager will oversee a team of 20 and ensure high standards of service across all dining experiences.

This beautiful boutique country house hotel are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant and Bar Manager. They can offer:

45 hour week (weekends included)
Competitive salary
Share of service charge up to £3K per year
No functions or events
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea

As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of a team of 20, including an Assistant and Supervisors. You must ensure the highest standards of service are maintained across breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon teas.

For this Restaurant and Bar Managers role you must have held a Restaurant Managers role in a minimum four-star hotel for at least 18 months. You must lead from the front and be extremely guest-focused.
