Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an independent, multidisciplinary consultancy in their hire of an ambitious and experienced Planner to their dynamic team in Beaconsfield!

My client is a multi-sector Town Planning and Architectural Design Practice, specialising in securing planning consents for clients across the UK, including homeowners, corporate organisations, housing associations, and local business. The current team advise on developments of all types and scales, from challenging domestic matters to major residential projects!

Job Description

The Senior Planner will be responsible for advising on developments from concept to completion, working on a variety of projects ranging from domestic matters to strategic residential developments. The role involves collaborating with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful planning outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in Town Planning, either at Local Authority Level or Consultancy.
  • Knowledge of planning regulations and policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Relevant degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
