Customer Revenue Specialist

Up to £24,000 + bonus

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Customer Revenue Specialist to contribute to the revenue growth and optimisation. Working with our client who are one of the biggest investors, developers, and operators of heat networks across the UK.

As the Customer Revenue Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer account reconciliations, ensuring that the correct residents are being billed and correct details have been received
  • Analyse billing and debt data to consider trends and strategy to recover outstanding income - Analyze customer accounts and payment histories
  • Making outbound calls to customers to obtain payments
  • Review customer information to ensure contact information is correct, maximising impact of communication efforts
  • Review customers accounts, send out paper communications, emails, including debt warnings
  • Communicate with customers at risk of supply suspension and with customers moving out to maximise revenue recovery
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Proficient IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email systems etc)
  • Mail merging experience, desirable
  • Experience with managing multiple tasks, managing own projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive planning skills, to enable you to adapt to multiple clients and contracts
  • Solid analytical skills, interpreting data
