Hales Group are seeking an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Engineer to join our market leading client based in Beccles to perform maintenance tasks, including autonomous and preventive maintenance programs, breakdowns, and supporting Continuous Improvement (C.I.) projects and refurbishments, while ensuring safety standards are met.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sustainable preventive maintenance and efficient reactive breakdown services.
  • Collaborate with the team to maximize productivity and resolve issues effectively.
  • Follow technical procedures to complete tasks professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
  • Communicate relevant information to engineering team leaders.
  • Proactively contribute to a clean and safe work environment aligned with 6S practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • GCSE Grade 4/C or higher.
  • Proficiency in Electrical discipline and a solid understanding of Mechanical.
  • Experience in production equipment maintenance and refurbishment.
  • Engineering background with mechanical aptitude; knowledge of manufacturing is desirable.
