Hours: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Catering Assistant to join our team in Beccles on a temporary basis. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment, providing essential support in the preparation and service of meals for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation and serving meals.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Washing up and ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use.
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling of food.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this role.
- A valid Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is required.
