- Perform tool, colour, and insert changes for injection moulding processes.
- Service and prepare tooling, including rebuilding hot runners and checking tolerances.
- Conduct fault finding on machinery and multi-cavity tooling.
- Carry out quality checks and basic servicing/cleaning of machinery.
- Manage post-production tasks and maintain a clean, safe work space.
- Complete necessary administration and reporting duties.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, with a focus on Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Technical qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in an engineering or technical role
- Injection moulding qualifications (e.g., PTL/BPTA certifications).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to fault finding.
