An established maintenance company in Beckenham are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator to join a fast-paced team.

Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm plus every other Saturday, (8am - 12pmWFH) paid at time and a half

Salary: £25,000 plus bonus - OTE £27,000 | Parking is available

The Role:

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator

  • Create and send quotations following up engineer visits to our customers if they have recommended further work
  • Ensure payment is taken for all work
  • Create invoices
  • Send out Checkatrade Letters to customers with work completed to increase positive reviews
  • Handle incoming call queries with daily call targets to reach
  • Handle general mailbox with queries from customers and our Head Office
  • Distribute daily work schedules via CRM to field based engineer tablets
  • Update job notes, customer, and engineer comments
  • Liaise with customers throughout the working day with ETA updates, job updates and re-scheduling of appointments
  • Establish excellent working relationships with engineer staff and assist with their queries
  • Providing a high level of customer service and communication, ensuring all information requests are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Report directly into the Office Manager
