We're seeking an experienced Chefs to join our vibrant independent restaurant and bar, nestled in the bustling suburb of Beckenham.
Kelsey House has been on Beckenham High Street since 2015. After a grand re - opening we are looking to expand our team.

What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
A passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to develop understanding of managing labour budgets and food margin to achieve agreed targets.
A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring consistency in quality - deputising for the Head Chef.
Contributing ideas for dishes when updating menus to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Working alongside the Head Chef and management team to deliver a great experience.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs and wastage.
Help with training and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
