We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and hardworking Sous Chef, who will join our clients operation based in Beckenham in South London.
The restaurant specializes in Italian cuisine and almost everything is made from fresh. On Saturdays they have live music and DJs.
This is a Busy and upmarket operation, extremely popular with the local clientele.
The Sous Chef will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients. There is a supportive kitchen team of 5-6 Chefs and an experienced, hands-on Head Chef to work with and learn from.
Its a must that the ideal Sous Chef has experience in Italian cuisine and the role is for an immediate start.
The Sous Chef will receive:
A salary between £45,000 and up to £48,000 for a strong Sous Chef
Work 44/45 hours per week and over 5 days.
2 days off per week
