As our Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Beckenham. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure smooth workflows, timely deliveries, and the upkeep of our stock and equipment. This is a full-time role, with contracted hours of 40 per week plus overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the warehouse team, including recruitment and training.
- Oversee stock management and inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and reducing errors or losses.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, tested, and returned in good condition.
- Coordinate closely with other departments, including Operations and Project Managers.
- Authorise annual leave requests and manage team schedules to ensure adequate cover.
- Enforce health and safety standards, updating risk assessments and ensuring compliance.
- Monitor timesheets and approve overtime for payroll.
- Drive improvements in warehouse processes and standards.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Is computer literate and has strong organisational skills.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Can effectively manage a team, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Possesses a professional approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Has experience in the events industry (desirable but not essential).
