Wise May are looking for a Project Administrator to join our client, an extremely busy and friendly Business Management company based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.
Duties to include:
- Co-ordinate the service administration for multiple service contracts
- Maintain accurate and appropriate project records and logs, such as RAMS, contracts and procurement documentation
- Manage project calendars and send WOs to relevant engineers to assign their time correctly.
- Ensure timesheets and schedules are to date for live tracking
- Work closely with operational teams to facilitate the timely flow information
- Manage deliveries into the office and notify the relevant project manager
- Set up new suppliers and clients when required
Skills:
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
