This multidisciplinary construction company is seeking a JuniorArchitectural Technician/ Technologist to join their team. They deliver eleven core services - Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying, Joint Venture Management, Health, Safety & Environmental (including the Principal Designer role), Fund/Bank Monitoring Services, Clerk of Works, Laser Scanning and CAD Services, Sustainability Services and CIF Service. Offering upto £35,000 DOE.Your new role:
- Have an interest in working with historic buildings or conservation projects within the UK
- Can demonstrate some experience in technical detailing
- Happy to develop laser scanning surveys (training will be provided)
- Experience with measured surveys (Essential)
- Happy to get involved on site the majority of the time/ workload
- Happy to travel around London
- Be responsible, punctual and organised
- Excel experience an advantage
