Our client is a private care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a nursing, residential, and dementia care home for older people. They are committed to excellent outcomes and enhancing the lives of both residents and staff.

As a Residential Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Monitor the wellbeing of residents
  • Ensure staff are supported and trained
  • Promote independence and well-being for residents
  • Provide leadership and management
  • Conduct staff supervisions and support team development
  • Work 48 hours per week, with 2 shifts on the floor and 2 supernumerary shifts

To be successful as a Residential Deputy Manager, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Deputy or Senior Care Assistant in residential care homes for older people
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding, and the MCA
  • A commitment to putting people first and promoting their well-being
