The Role and School
Vision for Education are looking to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant (SEND). Working in wonderful schools as part of an established team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis supporting students with Autism, Learning difficulties, challenging behavior and SEMH. 

Requirements
The requirements for the Nurturing Teaching Assistant (SEND) position are:

  • Be resilient and able to meet demands of a special school setting.
  • Understands the needs of students with learning difficulties.
  • Have experience supporting vunreble individuals in a school or care setting.
  • Right to work in the UK
